Senior / Lead Technical Product Manager

Role Description

LumiMeds is looking for an AI-native Product Manager who actively uses AI-assisted workflows in product discovery, documentation, analytics, and roadmap planning. This role involves:

• Owning LumiMeds' most critical product surfaces:
• Consumer Mobile App — the habit-forming product patients return to daily
• E-commerce & Growth — storefronts, dynamic pricing, subscription engines
• Clinical Platform & AI — checkout → EMR → provider consultation flow
• AI-Powered Workflows — where LLMs replace or accelerate operations across the company
• Building and owning the roadmap and outcomes, both technical and commercial.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PM (e-commerce, fintech, or healthtech) — or a strong engineering background with a shift into product
• Hands-on AI use — you've built prototypes, automated workflows, or compressed delivery cycles with LLMs yourself
• Technical depth in modern web stacks (Next.js, Node.js, REST/tRPC)
• Commercial fluency — you can reason about LTV, CAC, margin, and conversion
• Proven ability to write tickets AI coding agents and engineers can execute with minimal back-and-forth
• Experience owning subscription or order-lifecycle state machines
• High agency — you decide, you don't wait

Requirements

• Write precise, structured, and unambiguous tickets for AI coding agents.
• Prototype functional flows before engineering involvement.
• Prioritize for commercial impact with revenue, retention, or margin consequences.
• Own interlocking systems end to end.
• Engage at the architecture level with opinions about API design, data modeling, and system reliability.
• Drive the consumer loop metrics (DAU, cohort retention, push open rates, conversion).
• Design around compliance (HIPAA and SOC2) from day one.
