We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Wholesale Account Associat e to join our team and manage relationships with some of our key partners.
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Account Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our wholesale partnerships and driving business growth through strategic account management and business development. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of B2B sales, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your leadership and analysis skills will directly impact company success.
Duties
- Manage the day-to-day wholesale operations for key accounts.
- Attend and sell to wholesale customers at tradeshows.
- Customer Service for wholesale customers - includes entering orders, sales, accurate processing of shipments
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure account needs are met.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and timely communication.
- Answering customer service emails and phone calls in a timely manner, ensuring a resolution for each customer and their needs.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities for growth
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in wholesale, customer service, or related role—preferably in fashion, footwear, or consumer goods.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines
- Experience in business development, marketing strategies, or technical sales is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, work independently, and collaborate within a team environment
- Must be able to travel to tradeshows
