Product Manager

Ownership: Define a new product, decide what gets built first and help bring it to market. Work directly with the CTO and co-founder. Why This Role We're working with a B2B software company that helps businesses use their customer data to personalise marketing and customer experiences. They're hiring a founding Product Manager for a new product focused on personalisation inside websites and mobile apps. The aim is to let AI agents run experiments that currently take weeks of coordination between product, design, engineering and analytics teams. A big part of the job is figuring out what customers will trust an agent to do itself, and where they'll want to review and approve its decisions. You’ll be building something new, with existing data infrastructure and agent capabilities behind you. This isn’t a role where the roadmap is already written. You’ll need to work out what customers need, what to build first and how to turn it into revenue. What You’ll Actually Be Doing You’ll own the product from early customer conversations through to launch and growth. That means staying close to both the people building it and the customers buying it. Speak with enterprise product and growth teams to understand how they personalise websites and apps today. Turn those problems into a roadmap tied to revenue milestones. Define how agents create audiences, generate variants, run experiments and allocate traffic. Decide where human approval is needed, particularly for production launches and brand-sensitive content. Work through technical decisions with engineers, including real-time data, caching and delivery. Join sales calls, help build the pipeline and work with Customer Success on getting customers up and running. What They’re Looking For 4+ years in Product Management. Experience at a Series A–D startup that saw meaningful growth. A track record of taking products from an initial idea through launch and into meaningful adoption and revenue. Experience building B2B SaaS products used by enterprise customers. Someone who works directly with end users and changes direction based on what they learn. Enough technical depth to challenge architectural choices and understand the trade‑offs. Commercial judgement: you can connect product decisions to pipeline, conversion and expansion. A technical undergraduate degree from a top-40 university, as specified in the hiring criteria. Bonus if you have: Previously worked as a software engineer, founder or solutions engineer at a VC‑backed company. Experience with personalisation or recommendation systems. The Culture You’ll work in a small team with high autonomy, short development cycles and heavy internal use of AI. You’ll need to be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and getting engineering, design and commercial teams moving in the same direction.
