Our services organization maximizes the value of our customers' KLA assets – with highly trained service and product support engineers providing installation services and 24/7 technical support and parts delivery through our extensive supply chain network.What You'll DoIn this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.Preferred QualificationsTechnical Support Engineers (TSEs) respond to ongoing technical issues of KLA equipment where field product support teams were unable to solve. Working on challenging problems requires in-depth system knowledge and a sound understanding of operating principles. Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, and techniques for achieving results. As the need arises, collaborate with specialists and other teams to craft an optimized plan of action to resolve the technical issues and recover equipment functionality to customer satisfaction. Document troubleshooting processes and technical findings to generate service reports and presentations.Hands-on experience in hardware and software integration, testing and troubleshooting in semiconductor wafer FILM and CD metrology systems is an advantageExcellent data analytical and diagnostic skillsGood presentation and communication skillsProficient with all Windows Office suite applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.Strong project management skill is a plusMinimum QualificationsMaster's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years or equivalent years of experienceAbout KLAWe provide advanced inspection tools, metrology systems, process solutions, and computational analytics that make electronics possible, tackling complex challenges.
