In this role, you will be integral to the rehabilitation journey of our patients, focusing on helping them regain mobility, enhance functionality, and achieve their personal best. Work Environment

Located in Stockton, California, our rehabilitation center offers an onsite, collaborative, and state-of-the-art work environment. As part of a cohesive team comprised of two Physical Therapists and one Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Our facility is designed to put patient care at the forefront while ensuring staff members feel valued and equipped to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify and document individual objectives and requirements.
• Manage a patient caseload, delivering care to approximately one patient per hour, ensuring efficient and focused treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Administer cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at enhancing mobility and functional abilities while reducing reliance on medications and surgical options.
• Provide evidence-based care through motivational interviewing and guidance, actively engaging patients in their recovery process.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting treatment interventions and outcomes comprehensively to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Conduct collaborative consultations with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.
• Promote preventative care strategies and patient education to encourage lifelong health and wellness practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Flexi-motion, we primarily cater to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your role will involve working closely with individuals who are motivated to restore their physical capabilities and improve their quality of life. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions on your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement exercise plans.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Strong background in implementing evidence-based treatment interventions and patient-centered care strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
