Revive Strength & Mobility Rehab Center is actively seeking a committed and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. This role is crucial in assisting our patients in their journey to reclaim their mobility and enhance their overall physical performance. Our center specializes in orthopedic outpatient care, catering primarily to individuals with private medical insurance. We foster a collaborative and compassionate environment, where our skilled team comprises two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). Work Environment

This full-time position will be onsite at our comprehensive rehabilitation center, where you will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. The center is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and treatment modalities conducive to both patient recovery and professional development. We emphasize a supportive atmosphere, encouraging teamwork and communication among staff while ensuring each patient receives individualized attention.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand each patient's unique needs and establish personalized therapy objectives.
• Manage a patient load of one client per hour, delivering high-quality, individualized care tailored to their rehabilitation journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to enhance patients' range of motion, mobility, and overall physical function.
• Perform manual therapy and design specific exercise programs to address patient-specific concerns, optimizing therapeutic outcomes.
• Implement non-invasive treatment options, reducing dependency on medications and invasive procedures.
• Create detailed treatment plans incorporating various evidence-based strategies and interventions.
• Motivate and engage patients to encourage adherence to prescribed regimens and healthier lifestyle choices.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary while maintaining clear communication with patients and their families.
• Accurately document all services provided and maintain patient records in compliance with our electronic medical record (EMR) system, such as WebPT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with outpatient orthopedic patients who seek rehabilitation following injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions. Our patient demographic includes a diverse range of ages and fitness levels, enabling you to gain experience with various conditions and treatment modalities. Our commitment is to enhance our clients' physical capabilities while fostering a supportive and motivational environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• Skilled in constructing and implementing effective exercise programs.
• Familiarity with utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve successful patient outcomes through evidence-based interventions.
• Experience in a collaborative healthcare environment, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this full-time role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
