Business Development Representative BDC We seek a self‑motivated professional who excels in customer interaction and sales support. The role involves handling inbound sales and service inquiries, coordinating with sales and service departments, and providing administrative assistance to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities Manage all incoming sales and service appointment queries via phone or internet, scheduling and confirming appointments, and following up on missed appointments. Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel. Track sold vehicles and hot sheets. Confirm special order parts. Help follow up with phone and internet sales leads. Manage all required paperwork, records, and prepare documentation when needed. Provide administrative assistance as required. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Previous experience in a related role (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service). Working knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus. Helpful attitude, friendly demeanor, and highly professional demeanor. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
