Nursing Leadership: Residential Care Director (RN)

UCP Long Island

UCP Long Island seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing in Commack, NY to lead nursing across OPWDD-certified residential programs. You will develop objectives, policies, and procedures, ensure a robust Nursing Quality Assurance Plan, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will guide RNs, LPNs, Nursing Supervisors, and AMAP staff, fostering excellence through mentoring and collaboration.
