We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Florida for a contract position. This role supports daily customer service and office operations by handling inbound inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and completing a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable using computer-based systems, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish while delivering dependable service.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer calls and assist with service-related questions in a thorough and timely manner.
• Complete order entry and update customer information accurately within designated systems and databases.
• Perform administrative support duties such as preparing mailings, scanning files, faxing documents, and entering data.
• Review and process forms and supporting documents to ensure information is complete and properly recorded.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve routine issues using sound judgment and practical problem-solving skills.
• Support outbound call activities as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, or provide status updates.
• Maintain organized records and help ensure office documentation is handled efficiently and confidentially.• High school diploma required; additional office or administrative training is preferred.
• Prior experience in a customer service, call center, or office support environment is preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
• Intermediate computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, is required.
• Ability to manage clerical tasks with accuracy, including data entry and document handling.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background screening.
