Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust therapeutic programs, utilizing techniques to improve patient mobility and restore functional abilities.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring patients feel valued and cared for in their treatment journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through continuous communication and shared treatment strategies.
• Provide expert therapeutic care not only in the clinic but also in home health settings, employing targeted procedures consistent with each patient's plan of care.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment protocols, self-care strategies, and rehabilitation goals to ensure sustained recovery.
• Track and report on patient progress, transitioning care appropriately to meet utilization goals set by the facility.

As a Physical Therapist at Collier Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a physical therapist, demonstrating a strong foundation in evaluation and treatment methodologies.
• Current CPR certification demonstrating your commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create meaningful connections with patients and their families.
• Proficient computer skills, with the ability to document patient care and maintain electronic health records effectively.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience is required, candidates with advanced expertise in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation, pediatric physical therapy, or neurology will be given special consideration. Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
