Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery in a home care and rehabilitation setting.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing exercise regimens, stretching techniques, and hands-on therapy to alleviate pain and improve patient mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Assist patients in the selection and fitting of assistive devices to enhance their daily living skills.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and the proper use of assistive equipment.

Qualifications
