Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, limitations, and needs in their home environments to develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Track patient progress meticulously, documenting treatments and patient responses to ensure continuity of care and update treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapeutic exercises and the use of any necessary assistive devices to support day-to-day living activities.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in physical therapy by attending workshops, engaging in professional development opportunities, and contributing to professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a broad spectrum of patients recovering from various physical challenges including post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and mobility impairments. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to fulfill the educational credentials necessary for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits
