Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in a home care environment, determining their needs and appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting mobility and reducing pain utilizing various techniques such as hands-on therapy, exercise, and assistive equipment.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting every aspect of treatment and making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary for effective outcomes.
• Work closely with patients and their families to educate them about treatment plans, ensuring they understand the recommended exercises and the use of assistive devices.
• Provide ongoing training and support for caregivers and healthcare team members, demonstrating physical therapy techniques and assistive modalities.
• Commit to personal growth by engaging in educational workshops and professional networking events to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required to ensure a solid foundation of knowledge in the field.
• Possess a valid state license to practice Physical Therapy.

• Proficient in word processing and basic computer skills to assist with documentation and scheduling.
• A highly flexible and agile approach to adapt to the diverse and evolving needs of patients.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience is not necessary, any relevant clinical experience would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, along with an extensive benefits package that includes:
