Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients, ensuring comprehensive assessments are conducted to inform personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercise programs and hands-on manual therapy techniques, to treat a variety of orthopedic conditions.
• Educate patients regarding their condition, the rehabilitation process, and strategies to optimize their recovery and prevent future injury.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary professionals, including MDs, NPs, and OTs, to create holistic treatment approaches.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in CureMD Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to track patient progress and outcomes.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and new rehabilitation techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on adult patients aged 40 to 65, many of whom present with orthopedic challenges, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, or chronic pain issues. Understanding the unique requirements of this demographic is essential, as you will tailor interventions that enhance their overall well-being and enable them to lead active lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with an active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• Demonstrated clinical skills and a commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, vital for effective patient education and team collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years' experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with electronic health records, specifically CureMD, is an asset.
• Familiarity with orthopedic rehabilitation principles and techniques is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
