One Source Physique Fitness Center, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in South River, New Jersey. Work Environment

The role is based onsite at our outpatient facility, equipped with state-of-the-art therapeutic equipment and treatment technologies designed to optimize patient outcomes. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, promoting work-life balance while enabling consistent patient interactions and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories and performing specific assessments to establish accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies to patients and their families, actively involving them in the goal-setting process to ensure alignment with their rehabilitation objectives.
• Implement treatment protocols tailored to each patient's individual needs while adapting strategies based on their progress and evolving healthcare guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals when necessary to enhance patient care and to document any changes that may require modifications to the patient's rehabilitation plan.
• Manage patient discharge planning and follow-up care, providing comprehensive documentation of each patient's journey including evaluations, treatment plans, daily notes, and progress summaries.
• Exhibit effective time management skills to meet productivity goals, maintain an organized schedule, and ensure timely attendance at meetings and treatment sessions.
• Participate actively in departmental objectives to enhance patient outcomes and maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Pursue continuing education opportunities to improve personal and organizational competency while assisting in the training of physical therapy students as they embark on their professional journeys.
• Champion customer service excellence, ensuring accessibility and flexibility in care provision to meet patient needs effectively.
• Engage in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote the clinic and its services, thereby removing barriers to access for potential patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of our physical therapy practice is primarily on orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries such as joint replacements, sports-related injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Our team is dedicated to providing encompassing care, emphasizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to ensure a smooth recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state license in physical therapy as required by New Jersey law.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association or a similar organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred but not mandatory for recent graduates.
• Exposure to rehabilitation documentation software and electronic health records is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
