As we scale this new capability, you will help turn the company’s most differentiated technologies and intellectual property into compelling, repeatable offerings ready for monetization, working directly with sector leadership on the offerings that matter most to the company’s growth.

As a Senior Manager for Commer cia l Strategy and Business Models, you’ll play a foundational role in shaping innovative sof tware and IP-powered solutions into scalable, revenue-generating offerings. You will orchestrate across the sectors and pricing, finance, contracts, legal, and other teams to build commer cia l models, resolve gaps and dependencies, and prepare offerings for go-to-market scale. Pricing and packaging are important components, but the broader focus is commer cia l strategy, business models, and offering commer cia lization. For select high-priority offerings, you will partner closely with the sectors to lead commer cia lization end-to-end, from initial idea through commer cia l design and into go-to-market.

We are looking for a hands-on business builder with broad experience in commer cia l strategy, route-to-market, business models, pricing and packaging, or related commer cia l roles who can translate innovative technology and intellectual property into practical, scalable commer cia l models. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required .

What You’ll Work On:

• Advance the commer cia l design of priority offerings and produce the tangible deliverables needed to prepare them for go-to-market.
• Develop business models, offering economics, and pricing and packaging frameworks in partnership with sectors, pricing and finance teams.
• Orchestrate cross-functional inputs to help construct commer cia lly-ready offerings.
• Assess competitor pricing, packaging, monetization models, and commer cia l structures to inform offering design and commer cia l strategy.
• Lead the commer cia lization process end-to-end for specific high-priority offerings.
• Govern offering structures, SKU rules, and the product and solutions catalog.
• Resolve commer cia l gaps, dependencies, risks, and approvals required for commer cia l readiness.
• Help improve and scale commer cia lization playbooks, checklists, and reusable tools across offerings.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in offering strategy, monetization, pricing and packaging, or commer cia l roles for B2B sof tware or technology solutions
• Experience translating customer and business needs into commer cia lly viable offering structures, packaging, pricing, and monetization approaches
• Experience developing and operationalizing commer cia l structures such as SKUs, price books, product catalogs, and standardized packaging and pricing
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, pricing, contracts, and legal teams to bring commer cia l offerings together
• Knowledge of sof tware business models, cost and unit economics, and discounting strategies
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience across multiple routes to market and monetization models, including direct, channel-led, subscription, usage-based, or licensing models
• Experience working with or selling to U.S. government customers

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
