Technical Support Specialist

DescriptionJoin a fast-paced IT support team where youll have the opportunity to troubleshoot a wide variety of technical issues, work directly with end users, and gain hands-on experience across hardware, software, peripherals, and video conferencing technology.What Youll Be Doing:Serve as a go-to technical resource, responding to Help Desk requests by phone and email in a 24/7 support environmentTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues for end usersSet up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, copiers, projectors, and other peripheral equipmentPrepare and deploy new computers, including connecting equipment, installing software, and ensuring everything is ready for the userProvide friendly, hands-on technical support both remotely and onsiteHelp employees better understand their technology by walking them through solutions and best practicesSupport video conferencing hardware and software to help meetings run smoothlyIdentify whether technical issues are related to equipment, applications, or the network and escalate when additional support is neededEvaluate software updates and application patches to help resolve desktop issuesTrack incidents and service requests while maintaining clear and accurate documentationManage inventory of commonly used IT equipment and supplies and request additional hardware as neededAssist walk-in users at the front desk and help track incoming and outgoing computer equipmentMaintain printers, scanners, and other office technologyBring strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-first mindset to every interactionTake on additional IT support responsibilities as neededWhy This Role Stands Out:This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with people, and building well-rounded IT experience.
