A strong understanding of small business and league operations, shared services models, and the broader financial services landscape will be critical. Your ability to lead high‑performing teams, foster a culture of accountability and service, and identify opportunities for expansion and enhancement of services will position Plexcity and its partners for long‑term success.

We are seeking a proven executive leader with at least 10 years of senior management experience within the credit union system, financial services, or a related shared services environment. Demonstrated success in strategic leadership, operations management, and client relationship development is essential.

A Bachelor’s degree is required. Advanced education or industry certifications are strongly preferred. A track record of industry involvement and thought leadership will further distinguish candidates.

The starting salary range for this position is $325,000 to $400,000 annually.
