Account Manager

Are you currently working as a Surgical Technologist, Scrub Tech, Circulating Nurse, or Sterile Processing professional and looking to take the next step in your career? This is a high-impact opportunity to transition into medical device sales, leveraging your OR experience to drive product adoption and account growth within hospital systems. Why This Role Break into medical device sales with strong earning potential Move beyond the day-to-day OR while staying clinically relevant Direct exposure to account strategy, sales execution, and revenue growth Clear path to Territory Manager / Account Executive What You’ll Do Support cases and deliver in-OR clinical expertise across assigned accounts Train clinical teams on surgical instruments and product usage Drive product trials, conversions, and increased utilization within accounts Build relationships with OR staff, nurses, and sterile processing teams Partner with Account Executives on territory strategy and expansion Manage opportunities and activity through Salesforce Who We’re Targeting Surgical Technologist / Labor & Delivery Surgical Technologist Scrub Tech / Scrub Nurse / Surgical Nurse Circulating Nurse Sterilization Tech / Certified Sterilization Tech Sterile Processing Coordinator Associate TM / Junior Account Manager Comfortable travelling around New Orleans to client sites What You Bring Hands-on experience with surgical instruments and OR procedures Strong communication skills with an interest in sales Ability to operate in fast-paced clinical environments and support live cases Bachelor’s (BA) preferred; Associate’s considered with relevant experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Stryker Corporation
