Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Service delivery is in-person only, and the assignment spans from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with interviews scheduled for the week of June 22.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid professional license and educator certificate required
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a school-based setting
• Ability to obtain an NPI number and register with NC Tracks prior to starting
• DCDEE fingerprinting clearance required
• Passion for supporting children’s communication needs
• Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services to students according to established IEPs, collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff
• Conduct assessments and maintain documentation in line with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide therapy across campuses (number of sites and caseload details to be determined)
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and ethical standards
• Support a culturally diverse student population, fostering inclusion and student growth
