Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a valuable part-time contract role as a school-based SLP-CCC supporting students near Raleigh, NC. This position is ideal for experienced speech-language pathologists who are looking to contribute their skills onsite within a dedicated educational environment from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. You'll work up to 20 hours per week across assigned schools, with the specific campuses and caseload to be determined before the start date. Please note interviews will take place during the week of 6/22.
Key Qualifications:
- Active professional speech-language pathology license and educator certificate required
- SLP-CCC credential (no CFYs for this position)
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a school-based setting
- Ability to obtain an NPI number and register with NC Tracks prior to starting
- Completion of DCDEE fingerprinting as part of compliance
Primary Duties:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and maintain necessary documentation
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and student families to promote best outcomes
- Deliver services exclusively in person (no remote options)
- Flexibly support multiple school sites as assigned
