The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing office operations, supporting team development, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and helping the practice achieve operational and financial goals. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice Lead and support front office and clinical support team members Ensure a positive patient experience from scheduling through treatment completion Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office productivity Support treatment acceptance and patient financial discussions Monitor office performance and key metrics Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members Address patient concerns and resolve issues professionally Partner with doctors and leadership to support practice growth Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Why Join Passion Dental?
