Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team in Colorado Springs. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who takes ownership of the estimating process from start to finish and brings a high level of accuracy and professionalism to every bid. Responsibilities Lead the preparation and submission of detailed cost estimates for ground-up construction, tenant improvements, retail, restaurant, fuel/convenience, and medical/dental projects Perform thorough quantity takeoffs and review subcontractor and supplier bids Collaborate with project managers and field staff to ensure estimates reflect real project conditions Maintain and grow subcontractor relationships to support competitive, accurate bidding Review project documents including plans, specifications, and contracts to identify scope and risk Support value engineering efforts and assist with pre-construction services as needed Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial construction estimating experience Experience across multiple project types including ground-up and TI work Procore experience is a plus Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and costs Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under deadline Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills Compensation and Benefits Salary: $75,000 to $100,000 depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Simple IRA PTO Dental insurance Health insurance Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
