About This Opportunity

CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading national enterprise technology and professional services organization to find a senior OCM Lead with a strong focus in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) for a large-scale S/4HANA transformation engagement. This is an 18-month contract role through December 2026 with strong potential for extension through December 2027. The engagement is primarily remote but requires significant onsite presence at the client location in Parsippany, NJ, with up to 40% travel throughout the engagement. Candidates located in New Jersey, surrounding states (NY, CT, PA, DE), or the New England region are strongly preferred.

This role sits at the center of a complex, multi-deployment SAP program. The person who steps in will own the people-change strategy from day one - operating independently, driving adoption across Finance, OTC, and Materials Management business processes, and managing multiple concurrent workstreams without losing momentum.

What You'll Do

• Develop and own a comprehensive OCM strategy aligned to SAP S/4HANA deployment timelines and business objectives, with a specific focus on Order-to-Cash process transformation
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations across all impacted business functions
• Design and deliver communication plans, executive toolkits, and targeted change messaging for diverse audiences at all organizational levels
• Build and manage change champion networks and stakeholder engagement programs across the enterprise
• Define change governance frameworks and monitor adoption metrics across multiple concurrent deployments
• Create and contribute to training strategy development tied to OTC, Finance, and Materials Management system and process changes
• Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and cross-functional engagement workshops
• Manage change deliverables including readiness assessments, management toolkits, and adoption dashboards
• Identify and proactively manage change-related risks and mitigation plans throughout the program lifecycle

Requirements

What You Bring

Must-Have:

• Proven track record leading Organizational Change Management for large-scale SAP ERP implementations - as the lead, not in a support role
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes - this is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related business processes including Finance and Materials Management modules
• Ability to operate independently - assess, plan, and execute without waiting for direction; proactively align with client leads throughout
• Expertise in change communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills across all organizational levels including executive leadership
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent SAP deployments and parallel business optimization workstreams
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and work onsite at client location in Parsippany, NJ on a recurring basis

Nice-to-Have:

• Participation in 5+ major business change initiatives involving SAP or similar ERP systems
• Experience leading 4+ large-scale business change initiatives as the OCM lead
• Background designing and executing OCM strategies for global or multi-site enterprise organizations
• Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent change management certification
• Prior consulting experience at an SAP system integrator or Big 4 advisory firm

Technical Environment:

• SAP S/4HANA (Finance, SD/OTC, MM modules)
• Enterprise ERP platforms and related business process frameworks
• Change management toolsets: readiness assessments, adoption dashboards, stakeholder mapping

What Success Looks Like:

• Within 90 days: OCM strategy, stakeholder maps, and communication plans in place for all active OTC and Finance deployments - no gaps, no ambiguity
• Within 6 months: Measurable adoption metrics trending positively across OTC workstreams; change risks actively managed; client leads aligned and confident in the change program
• Ongoing: Multiple concurrent deployments managed in parallel with no workstream falling behind on the people side
