Housekeeping Aide – Mountain Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center | Black Mountain, NC
Mountain Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Black Mountain, North Carolina , is a respected Long‑Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility dedicated to providing exceptional care in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
ResponsibilitiesThe Housekeeping Aide is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall pleasantness of the facility.
Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the building
Safely handle cleaning equipment and supplies
Follow established housekeeping procedures and daily schedules
Support infection control and safety practices
Contribute to a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long‑Term Care (LTC) setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
