Executive Sales Consultant (Growth Advisor)

Location: Atlanta, GA – this is an on‑site role. Crisp may provide relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

As a Growth Advisor at Crisp, you will lead the commercial team’s revenue initiatives by partnering directly with law firm owners and managing partners. You will own the entire sales cycle, conducting high‑stakes discovery calls, closing deals, and mentoring a dedicated Growth Associate to execute outbound prospecting, scheduling, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and close calls with managing partners and firm owners.
• Establish and maintain credibility in all conversations.
• Coach the Growth Associate to keep the pipeline full and qualified.
• Achieve a clear monthly sales target.

Requirements

• Willingness to work Monday–Friday in Atlanta, GA or relocate.
• Extroverted communicator with executive presence and ability to command a room.
• Experience selling intangible, high‑trust offerings such as coaching, memberships, or advisory programs.
• Demonstrated ability to sell outcomes, transformation, and identity rather than features.
• 3+ years in a quota‑carrying sales role with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
• Energetic, fast‑paced communicator capable of engaging high‑level business owners and executives.
• Leadership presence with ability to motivate and develop a Growth Associate.
• High performance standards, never settling for “good enough.”

The Right Kind Of Background

• Prior sales in coaching, professional services, mastermind or membership programs, executive education, conferences, advisory subscriptions, or comparable intangible solutions.
