As Chief of Staff, you will ensure alignment of priorities, efficient decision-making, and seamless execution of initiatives and strategic priorities. The Chief of Staff role requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment.You will be a strategic advisor ensuring alignment of priorities, efficient decision-making, and seamless execution of initiatives. You will manage the SVP/President's agenda and strategic priorities. Collaborate on cross-functional projects, prepare briefing materials and oversee follow-ups. Be a trusted advisor and gatekeeper. Decisions are typically related to the implementation of new or updated programs or large-scale projects for the function. These decisions also involve supporting technical or operational procedures and processes. Additionally, decisions implement strategic plans, drive goals and objectives and improve performance. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$168,000 - $231,000 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
