Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8.5 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Must-Have: Midas experience Meditech experience Description: This position involves working within a case management setting. The unit operates as a float unit and supports both psychiatric and rehabilitation services. Candidates are expected to adapt to various units and provide comprehensive care to patients. The patient-to-case manager ratio on night shifts is at least 25:1. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically Meditech and Midas, is essential. Complex discharge planning skills are preferred for this role. We value a collaborative team environment with a diverse range of staff including RNs and social workers. Our goal is to provide high-quality care and support throughout the patient discharge process. Candidates should be prepared to work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotations. We are looking for individuals who can contribute positively to our team dynamics and provide compassionate care.
