Digital Marketing Manager (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced  Digital Marketing Manager to join our remote team. This is an opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys developing creative campaigns, using data to drive decisions, and making a measurable impact in a collaborative environment.

Position Overview

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support business growth. You'll work closely with leadership to develop marketing strategies that deliver measurable results while helping shape the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Manage the company's social media presence by creating engaging and relevant content.
• Improve website visibility through SEO best practices and content optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign data to improve marketing performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
• Coordinate marketing calendars and oversee campaign execution from planning to completion.
• Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Prepare regular reports measuring campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Three or more years of professional experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
• Experience using Google Analytics or similar reporting platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress.
• Basic graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
