About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for its Life and Annuity Brokerage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and developing new business accounts, with a focus on top-tier Advisors in the life insurance and annuity industry who cater to high-net-worth clients. This role involves presenting the company's value proposition, providing sales consultation, and utilizing team resources to support Advisors in sales and case work. The VP will also work collaboratively with sales teammates on idea development and marketing activities to enhance sales. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of related experience, and a strong background in life, disability, and long-term care markets. Advanced sales concepts knowledge, excellent prospecting, relationship building, and business development skills are essential. Candidates for the VP position at the company's Life and Annuity Brokerage team should be driven, ambitious, and possess strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. The role requires the ability to act independently with minimal direction and a professional demeanor. While not mandatory, a professional designation is preferred.
