Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of patient mobility, balance, strength, and functional abilities to identify individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient's specific goals and conditions, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, exercise modalities, and assistive technology.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and orthopedic specialists, to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, home exercises, and self-management strategies to enhance recovery and maintain mobility.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in physical therapy or a related field is required as a foundational basis for effective practice.

Compensation and Benefits

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
