Work Environment

As an integral part of our rehabilitation center, you will work onsite alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers. You will work Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options available such as 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour days to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and document patient conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented therapy plans that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities tailored to specific patient needs.
• Communicate frequently with multidisciplinary care teams to discuss patient progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the rehabilitation process, providing them with the tools and knowledge to enhance recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational procedures.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population, encompassing patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain one.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
