Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy approaches to support their functional aspirations.
• Implement Effective Interventions: Apply evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide both patients and their caregivers through therapy practices to foster sustained improvement at home.
• Track Progress and Document Findings: Monitor individual clinical outcomes and refine treatment strategies to keep patients progressing positively.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Continuing education or additional certifications are encouraged and will be supported.

Licensing and Certification

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
