Job Description

Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and create tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations.

Deliver Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday living routines.

Engage with Collaborative Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, integrated care.

Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers through therapy methods that encourage continued progress and healing at home.

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment as necessary to ensure patients remain on the path to success.

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university

Encouragement for ongoing education and professional certifications

Certifications

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT certification is a requirement
