Administrative Coordinator – CVCC Educational Foundation, Central Virginia Community College, Lynchburg. Pay: $56,000 – $62,000 annually. Full Time. Telework options subject to business needs. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Key Responsibilities Manage the Foundation’s scholarship process from application through award and reporting. Coordinate board and committee meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes. Support daily office operations, budgets, events, and executive scheduling. Process and track donor gifts, pledges, and acknowledgments. Assist with grant tracking, reporting, and reimbursement requests. Serve as a key point of contact for students, donors, and community partners. Special Assignments Perform other duties as assigned. Assist the agency or state government in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s) / Required Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. High attention to detail and confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additional Considerations Experience with data systems or fundraising databases.
