Administrative Assistant - Part Time Days, On Site This position is responsible for providing ongoing administrative support services of a routine nature for a first-level management position and/or a group of professionals within PSMS. This position performs work that is secretarial and clerical in nature. The activities of this position include scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, meeting preparation and other logistical matters. It is anticipated that the person holding this position will communicate regularly with many of the organization's staff and supervisors.
