Senior Manager, Project Management, Cell Therapy Manufacturing

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager of Project Management for cell therapy manufacturing at its Bothell facility. The role leads cross-functional projects supporting CAR-T manufacturing operations, from planning through execution and closure, requiring strong project governance and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop planning approach and governance structure for large, complex, high-visibility projects and programs
- Identify stakeholders, align on project requirements, scope, and deliverables across manufacturing and support functions
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules while tracking execution to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance
- Lead identification, assessment, and management of project risks with mitigation planning and issue resolution
- Prepare and deliver status updates and presentations to stakeholders on project plans, decisions, risks, and issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, information technology, business, or related field
- 8+ years business experience with minimum 2 years directly managing projects
- Strong knowledge of financial, operational, and business management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High-level competency in predictive, iterative, and hybrid project management methodologies
- Experience with cell therapy, GMP, FDA-regulated, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred
- PMP certification highly desirable
