Real Estate Lending Associate – New York, NY / Charlotte, NC
Direct Counsel represents an Am Law 100 firm seeking a Real Estate Lending Associate to join its nationally recognized Real Estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with lending experience to work on sophisticated real estate finance transactions.
Position Highlights- 3–4 years of experience
- Onsite | New York, NY or Charlotte, NC
- Represent financial institutions in real estate and asset-based lending
- Strong loan origination experience required
- Experience representing developers in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing is a plus
- Strong communication, client service, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
- NY or NC Bar admission required (or eligibility to waive into NC)
We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused, and highly organized attorney who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing sophisticated lending transactions and competing priorities.
Compensation & Benefits$260,000–$310,000 annually , depending on experience and other factors.
