Interluxe Auctions is seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to identify and qualify luxury real estate opportunities across the United States. At Interluxe, our BDRs are known as Luxury Property Consultants. You will connect with luxury homeowners, listing agents, and real estate professionals, understand their goals, and introduce an accelerated auction solution designed to create urgency, exposure, transparency, and control.

This is a true outbound role focused on originating opportunities—not closing the final transaction. Senior sales leaders manage the consultation, strategy, proposal, and engagement process. For a high performer, the BDR position provides a deliberate pathway toward becoming a Luxury Property Advisor, Interluxe’s client-facing closer role.

What You’ll Do

• Research luxury properties, homeowners, listing agents, and market conditions to identify timely opportunities.
• Initiate thoughtful outbound conversations by phone, email, and other appropriate channels.
• Discover each prospect’s goals, timing, challenges, decision process, and fit with the Interluxe platform.
• Educate homeowners and real estate professionals on Interluxe’s auction process and value proposition.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule well-prepared consultations for senior sales leadership.
• Build and maintain an accurate pipeline in HubSpot, including clear notes, next steps, and timely follow-up.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Demonstrated success in outbound sales, business development, or another goal-driven environment
• Confidence engaging affluent homeowners, senior professionals, and top-producing agents
• Strong listening, discovery, verbal, and written communication skills
• Persistence and composure without sacrificing judgment or professionalism
• A disciplined approach to research, follow-up, pipeline management, and CRM use
• Coachability, accountability, discretion, and a desire to master a sophisticated sales process

MAJOR PLUSSES: Experience in real estate, negotiation, mortgage lending, financial services, insurance, investment sales, or consultative B2B/B2C sales.

1. Luxury Property Consultant — Business Development Representative: Master prospecting, discovery, qualification, pipeline management, and opportunity handoff.
2. Advisor Readiness: Shadow consultations, participate in strategy and proposals, practice presentations and objection handling, and demonstrate the ability to lead client conversations.
3. Luxury Property Advisor — Business Development Executive (Closer): Own qualified opportunities from consultation through engagement, including strategy presentations, proposals, objections, commercial terms, and client commitment.
