Associate Director, Patient Support Data Strategy & Management

Associate Director leading end-to-end data strategy and management for patient support programs across hub services, specialty pharmacies, and adherence channels. The role designs measurement frameworks, manages data integrity, and translates insights into actionable recommendations that improve patient access and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end data strategy for patient support programs across multiple channels and touchpoints
• Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, and data flows to detect patient risk signals and enable proactive interventions
• Build patient segmentation and risk-scoring models to identify early discontinuation or disengagement
• Create dashboards and routine reports to track program performance, trends, and recommended actions
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to operationalize data strategy and close insight-to-action loops

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience, including patient support programs or data analytics
• Deep knowledge of hub services, specialty pharmacy operations, and prescription fulfillment workflows
• Demonstrated experience using operational and customer data to identify barriers and drive improvements
• Experience defining KPIs, business requirements, data specifications, and dashboards for cross-functional programs
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority in matrixed environments
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior stakeholder audiences
