We combine beautifully curated spaces with thoughtful, attentive service to offer guests a place to slow down, unwind, reconnect, and create something meaningful As we continue to grow throughout the Bay Area, we are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to oversee multiple studio locations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure operational excellence across our portfolio POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and cultural success of up to five studio locations throughout the San Jose and South Bay market. This leadership role oversees Studio Managers and their teams while driving revenue growth, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational consistency The ideal candidate is an experienced multi-unit leader with a strong background in hospitality, retail, guest experience, entertainment, wellness, or service-based businesses. They possess exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences This position requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic oversight with operational execution while maintaining the unique culture and guest experience that has defined the company for more than three decades KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Multi-Unit Operations Leadership Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Studio Managers across multiple locations Ensure consistent execution of company standards, operational procedures, and guest experience initiatives Thorough knowledge of all floor, back of house & full studio operations Conduct regular site visits, operational reviews, and performance evaluations Develop action plans to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and studio readiness across all locations Recruit, hire, train, and develop Studio Managers and key team members Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and leadership development Oversee staffing levels, scheduling practices, employee retention, and succession planning Lead performance management initiatives and employee engagement programs Financial & Business Performance Manage regional sales performance, labor costs, payroll budgets, and profitability goals Analyze key business metrics and identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, guest frequency, and customer loyalty Monitor inventory controls, purchasing practices, and expense management Partner with ownership to establish and achieve business objectives Guest Experience & Brand Excellence Champion a consistently exceptional guest experience across all locations Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively Ensure each studio reflects the company brand through outstanding service, atmosphere, and operational excellence Identify opportunities to strengthen community engagement, partnerships, and local marketing efforts Growth & Strategic Initiatives Support new studio openings, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives Implement company-wide programs, operational improvements, and best practices Collaborate with leadership on long‑term growth strategies and market development Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and overall organizational effectiveness QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: At least 5+ years of multi‑unit management experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment, guest services, wellness, restaurant, or service‑based operations Proven experience leading managers and overseeing multiple locations simultaneously Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, payroll, labor planning, and P&L performance Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining high‑performing teams Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time‑management abilities Ability to travel regularly between Bay Area studio locations Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Preferred Qualifications Experience overseeing 3–10 locations within a multi‑unit environment Background in boutique retail, hospitality, experiential retail, entertainment, fitness, wellness, or creative businesses Experience opening new locations or supporting business expansion initiatives Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Retail Management, or a related field Leadership Attributes Inspiring and approachable leader Highly accountable with strong business judgment Strategic thinker with an operational mindset Passionate about team development and customer experience Adaptable, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented Comfortable balancing hands‑on involvement with strategic leadership responsibilities COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Performance‑based bonus opportunity Health, dental, and vision benefits.
