Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.12 / Hour Job Schedule Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a front desk within a technology, media, and telecommunications office location. Greet visitors, verify authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records. Monitor access points, reception‑area activity, and security‑related systems as assigned; report unusual activity or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while following site‑specific policies and emergency response procedures. Support a professional lobby environment by providing directions, answering routine inquiries, and coordinating with building management and/or site contacts as needed. Minimum Requirements: Access control/badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
