Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $21.12 / Hour Job Schedule Saturday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sunday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and guests at a front desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests in accordance with site access procedures. Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and security-related systems from the front desk, escalating unusual activity or access concerns according to established procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and documenting relevant details. Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident reports while providing professional support to clients and visitors. Minimum Requirements Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
