MARKETING ASSISTANT (FULL TIME)

Overview We are hiring immediately for full time and part time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT HOURLY - MARKETING ASSISTANT positions. Responsibilities Develops and maintains strong working relationships with field managers. Coordinates content needed for marketing initiatives. Hands-on support at events, unit set up, program implementation. Multi-task in a deadline-driven team environment, and adjust to changing priorities. Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required. Maintain a clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 2+ years of prior experience in marketing. Proficient in MS Office; experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and CMS systems a plus. Background or interest in hospitality/food is a plus. Requirements Location: Buffalo State University area; Buffalo, NY. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
