Marketing Coordinator

Buffalo Construction Consultants, LLC (BCC) is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support a wide range of marketing, communications, proposal, graphic design, social media, website, event, and company branding initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative work with coordination, writing, deadlines, and collaboration across internal teams, clients, project partners, vendors, and the broader AEC industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the creation and coordination of marketing materials, proposals, presentations, project profiles, advertisements, signage, newsletters, and other branded communications. Develop and schedule content for social media, website updates, employee features, project highlights, and company announcements. Support business development efforts by maintaining proposal resources, project information, resumes, templates, and marketing databases. Coordinate photography, jobsite visits, event support, vendor communication, sponsorship materials, and promotional items as needed. Help maintain consistent branding, messaging, formatting, and quality across internal and external communications. Provide general marketing, communications, administrative, and event support for company initiatives, recruiting efforts, client relations, and employee engagement activities.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

A portfolio of previous work is required for consideration. The portfolio should demonstrate graphic design ability, writing skills, + an understanding of brand or campaign consistency. Samples may include work completed through previous employment, internships, freelance projects, academic work, or personal projects.

WORK CONDITIONS

Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Work is primarily performed in a general office environment, with occasional travel to deliver materials, visit project sites, attend meetings, or support events. Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required based on deadlines, events, or project needs.
