Call Center Representative

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a motivated friendly and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls respond to customer inquiries resolve complaints provide accurate information about company products and services and maintain excellent customer satisfaction. Applicants should have strong communication skills basic computer knowledge and the ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is an advantage but is not required.

Requirements
