Women's Soccer Head Coach

For our client, we are seeking a Women's Soccer Head Coach to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a mission-driven environment. Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $85,000 – $140,000 annually Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the Women’s Soccer program Conduct practices and competitions following university and NCAA guidelines Recruit highly skilled student-athletes for the team Orient student-athletes to university policies and regulations Manage conduct and discipline of team members Collaborate with admissions and compliance offices for athlete enrollment Assist in fundraising efforts for the Women’s Soccer program Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred Minimum 5 years coaching Women’s Soccer at the college level or higher Competitive collegiate division I Women’s Soccer experience desirable Strong organizational, oral, written, and computer communication skills Knowledge of NCAA bylaws Benefits Administrative support from the Director of Athletics Opportunities for personal and professional development for student-athletes Involvement in program fundraising efforts Access to university facilities and resources for training Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
