Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position for a marketing professional who is passionate about leveraging digital platforms to create engaging content and drive brand strategy. The role offers a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media, SEO best practices, and analytics tools. They will also have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred. Responsibilities Provide strategic input on creative direction and develop digital-first content across various social media platforms. Drive the brand strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment with company objectives. Monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversion. Utilize advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing and impactful digital content. Maintain a strong understanding of SEO best practices and implement these strategies to enhance online visibility. Conduct regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance, using insights to drive future strategy. Qualifications Minimum of five years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in developing and managing social media strategies. Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to align this with digital marketing efforts. Demonstrated experience in monitoring campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement. Foundational knowledge of SEO best practices. Minimum of three years of experience with analytics and reporting tools. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
