Commercial Power Washing Sales Representative

Benefits Bonus based on performance Paid time off Training & development Company car Wellness resources Job Description Rolling Suds is the largest power washing company in the world and covers Southeast Florida. This outside sales role brings new commercial clients to our brand. Responsibilities As an outside sales representative you are responsible for generating commercial sales leads, establishing and cultivating relationships, bringing in new business and building recurring revenue. All residential leads are passed through marketing but you must meet with customers, understand scope, and close the deal. You will often be the first impression of Rolling Suds to the customer and are responsible for creating a professional and trustworthy image. Target of 40 site visits per week for commercial properties with follow‑up contact on at least 90% of them within 1 week. Track each lead in CRM. Create 5 commercial estimates per week. Monthly reporting showing sales activity (weekly for first 6 weeks). Attend sales estimates taking thorough before photos in our software to document scope of work. Proficient use of software including CRM, scheduling software and photo software for job management. Host Lunch and Learns with groups of decision makers. Network at local events and find new networking opportunities. Establish referral partnerships. Compensation $50,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year.
