- Employ radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-definition diagnostic images for physician evaluation.
- Engage with radiologists and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure precision in diagnoses.
- Skillfully position patients and calibrate imaging equipment for best results.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and colleagues.
- Keep meticulous records, including imaging logs and equipment maintenance notes.
- Deliver compassionate and patient-centered care throughout the imaging experience.
- Help maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient imaging environment.
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous.
- Graduation from a recognized radiology program is essential.
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is required.
- Current BLS certification or the ability to secure it within 90 days post-hire is necessary.
- Mastery of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations.
- Outstanding communication capabilities with patients and interdisciplinary colleagues.
- Adaptability to a dynamic clinical environment and the ability to respond swiftly to evolving needs.
- A keen eye for detail and unwavering accountability.
- Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software.
